Mina Phishing Address Blacklist

There has been a number of occasions when bad actors on the chain have tried to scam Mina Wallet holders by sending them small amounts of Mina with a note in the Memo field that describes a Mina airdrop and a link to a phishing site. Carbonara, the team behind Clorio wallet and awesome.mina.tools have created a blacklist of Mina addresses that have sent these phishing emails.
